If you have a chance, what kind of advice will you give a 15 year old you?
If I had that chance, I would probably tell myself to be a true self. I didn't have a bad teenage life. I just felt like I wasn't myself at school most of the time because I was trying to be included. I wasn't pretty, I didn't have awesome academic performance, I wasn't involved in a lot of activities, and I am Christian (most of my classmates were not Christians).
"Being authentic means that you act in ways that show your true self and how you feel. Rather than showing people only a particular side of yourself, you express your whole self genuinely." - https://www.psychologytoday.com/
When I was in college, I truly learned that being my true self was the way to have true friends because they are the ones who love you no matter if you are rich or poor, struggle or success in life.
Be true, be you. That's the way to happiness. The world needs more authentic, genuine people.
I know that because of you, people around you are blessed.
will talk to you soon.
