When is my order shipped?

We ship within 24-48 hours after an order is placed (Monday - Saturday).

When will I receive my order?

For USPS standard shipping, orders will be shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently only ship to U.S.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address associated with an order once the item has shipped. 

What are the shipping and handling rates?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel existing orders. Once an order is summited, processing begins immediately.

Can I make a return or exchange?

We hope you love our products as much as we do but if you have received a damaged product or have any questions, you may return or exchange of any unworn products. 

Please contact us at hello@twirlinpink.com within 5 days after receipt of the product for a return or a replacement with your order number.

Our policy lasts 10 days since the day you purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, refund, or exchange. Please send the unused item with the original packaging to Twirl In Pink, 92 W 200 S, Morgan UT 84050, USA

I got the confirmation that my order was delivered, but I didn't get it. What should I do?

With pandemic, the order usually will be delayed even though the postal service has updated your delivery status. Please wait a day or two to be delivered. If you still haven't received your order, please check with your local post office or delivery provider to locate your package with your tracking number. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any item that are lost in the process.

 

What should I do to make my jewelry last longer?

Avoid contact with water, lotion, make up, and perfume. Always store in a dry and cool place and avoid direct sunlight.

Wipe clean with a soft cloth to avoid the build-up of skin oils, lotions and other substances. This is the easiest way to keep your jewelry in good condition.

Can I wear Twirl In Pink Jewelry if I have sensitive ears?

Yes. Most of the jewelry are hypoallergenic (Nickel and Lead Compliant) as stated in the description of each item.
Even though most of our jewelry are hypoallergenic, we still recommend you to put a thin layer of clear nail polish before you first wear them. This will also make your jewelry last longer and avoid the build up from body oil, make up, lotion, or perfume.
