How many hours did you sleep last night?


If you are a parent, you know how important sleep is and how happy that sleep can give you. Sleep relaxes your mind, give your brain a break, and give you the energy you need the next day. It sounds easy to just go to sleep only if we don't have tiny human beings wake us up at night. However, kids will only get older, not younger, so they will eventually give you the sleep you want.

My youngest child is 5, so I pretty much get all the sleep I want now. But when I am stressed, there is basically no sleep for me. I looked it up for ways to help me fall and stay asleep. Food is the natural way to do that.
