Live an Elegant Life: Practice Mindfulness

Please tell me I am not the only one who yells at our kids for whatever reasons they have done or said and then kind of regret the words come out of our mouth.

Being parents are hard but I think practicing mindfulness will help us create a time lapse between our thoughts or our experience and our reaction to it. It trains our mind to stop acting on auto-pilot and be present.
