How Subscriptions Work
A subscription box is a recurring service where you receive a curated selection of products, typically on a monthly or quarterly basis, delivered to your doorstep. You will be charged automatically every month or every quarter depends on your subscription option. It's a convenient way to discover new products and brands.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Our subscription box offers the flexibility to cancel, pause, resubscribe, or delay your delivery date of your subscription at any time through the customer portal through the confirmation email of the subscription order. You can also manage your subscriptions if you create a Twirl In Pink account.
Can I return a subscription item?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any items in the subscription box. If your product arrives damaged please reach out to email@example.com.
When is my subscription box shipped?
Your subscription box will be shipped by the 7th of each month. If you subscribe our quarterly box, it will be shipped by the 7th of March, June, September, and December.
When will I receive my subscription box?
You will receive your subscription box in 3-5 business days once the box is shipped.
What are the shipping and handling rates?

Are subscription boxes worth it?
Subscription boxes offer a convenient way for you to discover new exclusive style each month that you may not be able to find on the market and receive products without the need to shop. They are delivered to your doorstep on a regular schedule, saving time, money, and effort.
Are there options for gifting a subscription box to someone?
Yes. You can put in their name and shipping address when you subscribe or write us a note when you checkout. We will take out invoice and write a short note for you (upon request). This is a great way to send a thoughtful and unique present for friends and loved ones.
What happens if I miss a payment or the payment can't be processed for my subscription?
If you miss a payment, our system may pause your deliveries until the payment is updated. If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
How do I provide feedback or reviews for the products I receive in my subscription box?
We value your feedback. You can always leave reviews on the subscription box through an email sent from us with a review link.
